This IVF and Maternity center is a ground + 4 upper storey structure on a contour site in Undri, Pune. The contour was used as an advantage to directly access the first floor via the main access road with a welcoming spacious entrance whereas the ground floor has access to services like ATM, cafe and medical store. The rooms have been planned along the periphery to optimize natural light and ventilation in each room. The center of the 3rd and 4th floor has a double height skylight to bring in natural light and ventilation. The facade elements include open balconies, glazed staircases complemented with chamfered alco panels along with conventional sliding windows framed with diagonal projection on one side.
