Phadtare residence is an ongoing project in Pune. The project brief started as a private residence building in the bylanes of Dhankawadi. Over time, the floor plans were developed keeping in mind the client’s requirements, Vaastu constraints and future extensions over the next decade of this corner plot. The elevation has been designed keeping the facade elements in sync with the base cuboidal form and the potential floor extension of the 3rd floor.
