The extension and facade development for Nirman Classic, a prominent commercial and residential complex along the main Katraj Kondhwa road in Pune, has now been completed. The project focuses on enhancing the road-facing commercial building, which involves extending existing floors and adding an additional level. The design emphasizes a commercial exterior to take advantage of the building’s significant frontage and visibility. We integrated the existing structure with ACP, glazing, and laser-cut jaali to revitalize the building’s appearance.
