Introducing the Ashtekar Commercial project, currently underway in Karve Nagar, Pune, designed and liaisoned by Malwadkar Architects Pvt. Ltd.
This 7-floor building is designed to fit multiple purposes- with the first and second floors designated for a vibrant restaurant space, while the upper levels are tailored to accommodate either a hostel or coaching classes.
The facade of the building offers a refreshing alternative to fully glazed elevations. It will feature angular aluminium profiles, transitioning in gradation, complemented by wooden finish Alco panels. Notably, these panels will be strategically employed to accentuate the entrance.
