This completed project in Navi Peth, Pune, is a four-storey apartment building situated at the intersection of two roads and marks the client’s debut as a builder. Our focus was on designing a clean and refined façade, achieved by protruding the central two floors clad in Shera paneling to accentuate them, while framing the central balconies to enhance the overall detailing.
